"There is no front desk so one must use multiple keypads for the front entrance, the room, and the luggage storage area. The apartment was very nice, with a big bed, big balcony, and delightful hot tub. The air conditioning is not American air conditioning but it is within the usual standard for Europe. The wifi is very good. One word of warning however, and this is by no means specific to this lodging--I think Americans see that something has an elevator and think that it must be at least...

"I booked a single room as I am traveling solo. By American standards, the room was compact with a single twin bed, but this is what I booked, no surprise. The bathroom and shower were fine, as was the wifi and minisplit air conditioning. Staff is friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast buffet was good. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Bologna ."
