Hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. Marcelo helped us so much in finding a wonderful dentist when we had an emergency. A train strike occurred on our departure day and he arranged for a driver to take us to our destination. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Basic hotel

Basic hotel and overpriced. Excellent location close to the train station and tourist spots. Probably a hundred great places to eat and drink within a mile's radius. Breakfast is decent and they kindly made us a breakfast bag on the day we left early for a tour. Lots of noise from the streets - we could hear travellers dragging their luggage late night and early morning.
