"It's a very $80/night hotel. Clean and safe, but not incredibly comfortable. The rooms were clean, but very dark and had a strange smell. The mattresses were clean, but very firm, and one felt like it had plastic on it. I eventually figured out the hot water (turns out you need to give it ~10 minutes to heat up), but the first day I had a cold and kind of miserable shower. On a budget, it's not a bad place, but you get what you pay for."

"I have stayed here several times and can say the cleanliness all the way to the customer service was top notch. You are only a stranger once. After that, you are family. Cindy, Jim, Bailey, and Melissa care about each person they serve, and Dax (a service dog in training) gives the best greetings when he is there. This will be my go to place when I need to come to Sheboygan."

"There is NOT a hot tub as advertised on the website. The hotel is under renovation, supplies piled in the hallway. The common areas were very dusty, so much that you could write your name in the dust on top of a table next to the elevator. The faux plant was also covered in dust. There was no mention of the hotel being under renovation on the hotel website. This would have been nice to know ahead of time especially for those people who suffer from allergies and respiratory issues."
