"Air-conditioning is the best. Cleaning of the room, need to improve. A lot of left over hair on the floor. Complaint issue, we pay for 5 person room, but only provide 2 queen bed, how to sleep? Not right changing extra 1 person but without bed provided. Even towel also not enough for 5."

"Pangkor Laut is a lovely place. The staff is wonderful. The big surprise was the wildlife. So fun to see a tree full of fox bats, Pied Hornbill birds, and a family of sea otters who appear at 6:AM at Spa Village. My wife says her spa treatment was the best of her life. The food is really good, but not amazing. I understand that they are appealing to many different palates and cultures. Breakfast was top notch. Lunch was a prix fixe.
