We only stayed here because it’s close to relatives we are visiting.we have just checked out of a 5* star resort and to check in this hotel was such a shock to my system.the towels were worse than rags,few cockroaches in the room,carpet smelt due to leaking ac.one of the ladies who cooked the omelette was so ignorant and rude.i only asked for my omelette to be well cooked but I don’t think she understood she just disappeared left me standing there waiting for my omelette for 10 minutes.I didn’t have breakfast again after that Having aired my views I will stay again in this hotel as it’s good value for money and they have a treadmill and hairdryer in the room which some hotels in lumut gamut haven’t like the orient star.when the towels were changed they w

Reception Staff generally satisfactory but unable to improve room condition except for a Chinese man on 10 Sept night shift. Wifi was terribly poor at room area and frustrating Spoilt Room shower head was not attended by anyone except 11 Sept night receptionist. No disposable or any sandal was provided by hotel. Bfast was satisfactory.

Unsatisfied stay.

Cockroaches. Cigarette smoke smell. Old hotel, jaded, thin towel/sheets."Gym" is just a room with some equipment, treadmill is spoilt. Parking however is easy, supermarket conveniently located next door. Did not try the included breakfast but looks like standard 1-2 star hotel breakfast. Likely will not return to stay here.

Cleanliness needs improvement.

General condition ok. Air condition needs service as it has some smell once turn on. Bathroom exhaust fan need a fix to run properly. It is carpeted therefore additional cleaning efforts required as some leftover food debris found under bed.

Value for Money

Hotel is conveniently located with Billion Supermarket just beside it. Plenty of self parking lots with eateries nearby. Breakfast quantity is limited but quality still acceptable.

Strategically located beside supermarket & aesthetic of hotel was better than expected. However, the room was sprayed with a very very strong scent to the point it was choking. Was also charged RM30 for a broken cup which I felt was an unreasonable sum.
