「Great location 5 minutes walk to train station. The train takes you to the city. Walking distance to restaurants and cafe and shopping centre. Very quiet at night. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.」

「No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.」

「Staff were helpful, but their open hours were limited. Power outlets did not work except for only one. Sink was clogged on the first day. Blanket under one of the two beds was stained and hidden under. The opening of electric water boiler/kettle was broken and unable to open; used the small opening to pour in water to still utilize. Used “do not disturb” sign for all days there as we preferred for our room to not be entered by house keeping for personal reasons; on of those days, I found out...

「There are some minor damage on the bow plates and cups. the ventilation system was not good, in toilets and the cloth washing area. 」

「We stay for 2 nights and car parking is very big. Staff very nice and very details to guide us how to parking. And the hotel also have shopping place. If go to central, take train very close within free zone area. 」

「Clean. Tidy. Staff were amazing. Breakfast delicious. Underground parking not operating so had to self park off site. Not ideal but we were only staying 1 night so not much luggage. Would stay again.」
