「This was my second stay at the Royal hotel, the rooms are very clean and tidy, shared bathroom is spotless, there is a kitchen for all the people staying, always plenty of coffee, tea and milk supplied and plenty of plates cups and cutlery complete with a microwave oven. 「Disappointed with the whole check in process. Was charged an $100 deposit for each room I booked. Still waiting after a week for those deposits to be refunded. Various staff were very helpful but checking took nearly 20 minutes and is a drawn out process. I staf at this chain of venues everywhere and am disappointed my details and how I booked were not on their system」

「 The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. 「A very clean and spacious 2 room apartment with a view of the docks and South Bank skyline. The apartment and the building is very well maintained. There are tram stations, supermarkets in malls, dockview restaurants and cafes round the corner. All in a very safe and quiet vicinity. It was very comfortable.」
