Disappointed with the whole check in process. Was charged an $100 deposit for each room I booked. Still waiting after a week for those deposits to be refunded. Various staff were very helpful but checking took nearly 20 minutes and is a drawn out process. I staf at this chain of venues everywhere and am disappointed my details and how I booked were not on their system

The room was quiet, clean, included modern furnishings but was quite small. Its being renovated, there was no construction noise, but the common access points to to the hotel rooms look a bit rough! I'm sure once the reno's are done it will be a big improvement to those spaces. Plenty of car parking and easy to find.

The pub food was outstanding. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever laid on, and I've stayed at a million hotels. Yes the lobby is under repair so access to the rooms is outside at the moment and there is no functional lift at this time. If that doesn't bother you, you'll thoroughly enjoy your stay. The staff was so lovely, I couldn't have asked for a better experience

For the price I was expecting a little more, obviously not 5 stars but it was almost as booked a hostel for a hotel price. Liner was yellow, curtains were really dirty and the room smells like humidity. There’s nothing close around the area but for emergencies I think is okay and decent to stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
