"Courteous staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. Parking $15.00 per day could be complimentary but it’s not too much either. Ms Ramona Jones was awesome and made sure our family’s breakfast experience was outstanding. Our initial room had bathroom door jammed then when called front office the gentleman took care of it right away. "

"1) We liked having hot breakfast included. We didnt like the repetitiveness of scrambled eggs, potatoes, and chicken sausage every day. (We were there for two days and then three additional days later in the same week.) f there could something different on alternative days such as bacon or turkey bacon even. Also the bagels were not pre-sliced or set up to be sliced, and it was difficult to get them apart to be toasted. 2) We had ice accommodations and liked our room. we did not have an iron, yet had an ironing board? We went and requested one and was told one would arrive in 15 mins. We waited 30 minutes and it did not arrive, so we went to bed. We called the next morning and one was brought up. Overall these were not big issues and we were happy with our stay. "

"Updated hotel with a brand new lobby. Room had a horrible smell! Had to change rooms. Second room much better! Room did not get cleaned and we had to ask for it to be serviced multiple times! Extremely small bar of soap. Ok breakfast. Beautiful setting on the lake! "

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay! We stayed for 7 days. Breakfast and the evening hot food were generally well stocked and delicious. There were only 3 days out of 7 when the evening food was shut down prematurely or poorly stocked. Learning about the M Club breakfast system was confusing the first day, but the next day, a different M Club hostess/waitress actually helped us through it. Room was very clean and comfortable. They don't give out tiny bottles of certain toiletries, instead they have have bottles attached to the shower wall with generous amounts of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, which I appreciate. Will likely come back here for our next visit to MA!"
