「Yes it’s dated and needs a spruce up but for the price we paid we couldn’t complain. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb with both a choice of cooked and continental. Kids loved the swimming pool which was a small extra charge. Plenty of parking room to front of hotel and tram stop to centre was straight outside. We had a sea-view room which was a nice surprise.
