「The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....

「Arrived around 20 minutes before check in. This ‘hotel’ is not staffed and entry is gained by a key code at the entrance, and then the room key is obtained by putting another key code. 「Not suitable for disabled as up 3 flights of stairs. Did have decent shower in smallish bathroom, no lock on door. It was an ideal position for access to main Blackpool sites. Area OK although a bit rough outside. I was disappointed with the apartment, not like photos, needs some upgrading. This was the Hunter suite. I say suite, but very little room. 2 single beds, not that comfortable, mattress protectors not clean/fresh, needed washing, bedding OK but towels very poor thin quality. Poor...
