"Quick and easy check-in. Reception staff very friendly/pleasant especially when we needed help with trains. Nice variety and selections for breakfast. Room was always made up, cleaned daily. Love the location. Very close 1 minute walk to SBB train station and city trams/buses right outside the front door."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly upon check in. They held our luggage for us when we arrived before check in time. We were provided a free transit pass to explore the city. The hotel was very modern and well kept. The air conditioning was a bit weak with the full length windows facing the sun most of the day, even with the curtains drawn, it was very warm in the room. Would definitely stay again, just maybe on the cooler season"

"The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the interior is nice, breakfast dining room and coffee very nice! It is close to the train station and old town, just easy to walk everywhere. I’m glad we stayed here."

"The hotel and staff were excellent and if you have an event at Jakobshalle the no 14 tram stop is 2 blocks and goes direct. My only issue was the area that lacked restaurants and limited hours"

"Was glad to have a room for a week. Convenient location with accessible public transit. The river was also just across the street, and I loved going there to watch the ducks. My only two concerns were (1) the bed wasn’t really comfortable and (2) the room had a cooktop but no pots or pans."
