「This place checks all the boxes for a quiet and convenient stay. My only complaint (with 3rd party Global Luxury Suites) is that my door fob didn’t not work therefore I couldn’t leave my apartment because I couldn’t lock it. Thankfully I had my daughter with me whom stayed inside everyday to lock the door behind me. I wasn’t provided a new fob until friday(5 days later). Other than that my stay has been great.」

「Staff was difficult to communicate with on check in. The space was booked last minute due to a last minute cancellation of our previous space. The staff was hard to reach and extremely rude about how last minute our reservation was. If you can’t accommodate a last minute reservation, don’t accept them. It was all sorted out but took far more time than necessary and caused a lot of stress. We were considering canceling our entire trip because we couldn’t get in touch with owner who apparently...

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
