「Reasonably priced big room with all amenities needed Only criticism would be the info on the website is wrong as said we had till 11pm to check in but we were out and they rang and said they actually close at 10 so we had to rush to get there 」

「Warm welcome when we arrived, shown to our room and given general information on our stay, emergency contact, breakfast times etc. Restaurant pub area was warm and inviting, drinks value for money. Opted not to have breakfast as had early start the following day. Room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable and both was a generous size. And will be more than happy to stay again when in the area.」

「Brilliant find. Needed somewhere to stay in Taunton last minute, and so pleased I found Beaufort Lodge. A beautifully kept property, and a fraction of the cost of one of the large chain hotels. Richard was extremely accommodating and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 」

「What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.」
