「Great experience」

「We ended up not staying the night. There was no on site staff. The room was cold, you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom door didn’t close. The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do. We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasn’t usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. Lastly there was a fitted sheet on the bed, but no top sheet under the comforter, which didn’t feel like luxury bedding as...

「Overall - good stay. Beds are soft, but rooms are clean enough. Free breakfast, sausage was pretty good! We were not allowed to split the cost of a room with 2 credit cards, which set us back momentarily... but all OK」

「Perfectly located near the tri-state border, this was a great place to stay while exploring the Delaware River Gap and visiting nearby restaurants and breweries. Owners were helpful and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Would stay again in the area.」

「I've stayed a this location many time now, and find it to be an especially easy travel stop--- conveniently located just off the highway, reasonably priced, consistent and reliable service, can walk down to the IHOP next door for dinner, and most importantly I feel safe when I stay there. Will surely stop there again on future trips.」

「Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Cute place. Looks like an older home with common areas that you're welcome to use. I booked the twin bed room and it was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay. Pictures of rooms and the grounds were accurate. The only thing that I wish was different was the rug in the room. I wouldve preferred tile or wood. However I would still stay here again if Im ever in the area. Also close to town, shops, restaurants.」

「We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least.
