「Booked for parents to celebrate fathers 80th. Accomadated a last minute change to more accessible room and late afternoon food. They both really enjoyed stay and could not say enough about quality of staffing and overall experience!」

「Clean rooms clean towels which smelled lovely clean bed and the bedding smelled lovely. The facilities are fairly new so my stay in new facilities was a nice experience. The pub facilities is nice and small in a sense of local pub. Small outside seating area which is very pleasant overlooking the fields. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again when I venture up to Skipton. Location to Skipton 5 minutes drive probably 25 minute walk.」

「We had a nice stay here. The only bug bear was that there was not much fruit at breakfast. I do not eat fry ups in the morning. The only fruit was apples. Maybe a dish of mixed fruit or bananas would have been nice. The staff were really pleasant and the hotel itself was fine for our 2-day stay. The bedroom could have been a little bit more updated, paint off in most places, the en-suite was old fashioned, could be done up more modern really.」

「Worst place with the worst attitude manager. Stayed here before we flew the next day. Spa wasn't open as work was going on. That was fine, however I ran a bath and the water was brown with lots of dirt in. Ran the shower. Exactly the same. Went to reception to be told nothing they could so. Requested a refund as this was unacceptable to be put in a room with no working water. Got £50 pound back. I wasn't happy with this so spoke to the manager the next morning who was very defensive and said...

「Overall a lovely stay. Our room was large, clean & comfortable with a balcony overlooking the front garden area. Good to have a fridge in the hot weather. We also appreciated the USB ports & other amenities. Comfortable armchairs & a comfotable bed, although the bedding was a little excessive for the hot weather - easy to remove the top layer though. The lovely bathroom was also a good size with a seperate bath & shower. Our only frustration was the early morning traffic noise - we had to open...

「The building is tired and needs a lot of TLC but all the staff were expectional and couldn't do enough. Easy parking and good location. Room was 'dated' but functional and clean, with a bath (bonus!) and very comfy firm beds. We paid for breakfast and said it would be 10.45 before we arrived, but were there by 10.35 in the end (Breakfast is served until 11am). We had to ask for the food to be replenished and at first was told there were no more pastries (essential park of breakfast) but then...

「free classes were really good, amazing pool, but make sure you book dinner in advance....we didn't and restaurant was fully booked but they managed to get us a table at 8.30pm. Suggested walks from the hotel would be useful too.」
