"Good service"

"Staff was professional and responsive. I DID get charged $25./night for parking in a HUGE surface lot shared by 4 hotels, and I drove around a lot before finding a space pretty far from my hotel."

"Booked a “non smoking” room. When we entered the room we were hit with a very thick and strong smell of cigarette smoke. They refused to give us a refund. We ended up having to go somewhere else because of how bad the smell was. Will not book here again. Do not recommend."

"Property was overall clean and well maintained. Our room had a kitchenette with everything needed for a short or long term stay. Breakfast was always stocked with good variety including healthier options available. Gym had the bare minimum and treadmills were out of order...so just made a point to use the stairs more. Fire pit area and basketball cout outside seemed nice but weather didnt permit during our stay. Midway airport obviously close but you can get to downtown Chicago pretty easily also. This is our first time staying at a Residence but would definitely use them in the future."

"Clean room, quiet"

"Breakfast was good; room was very clean. However, after getting ready for bed, and hoping to watch the large-screen TV, I discovered there was no remote control. I called the front desk; the sole person on duty was unable to bring me a remote, and I didn’t want to get redressed to go to the front desk. I therefore had no benefit from one of the main amenities of the room - I’m not happy. The presence of a TV remote should be on a housekeeping checklist before a room is deemed ready. I likely will not stay here again."

"My biggest complaint is the overuse of heavy fragrances in the rooms. This irritated my throat and eyes and made me almost switch hotels. I kept my door propped open for a long time to air it out and just dealt with it. We also left to go to dinner across the street to just let the smell lessen. I would say if you are sensitive to heavy scents and harsh chemicals, this isn’t the place for you. Everything else was just ok. The staff was nice."

"The stay itself was average, but there was an uncomfortable incident during checkout where a guest was yelling and loudly complaining about the checkout time. Security had to be called, and the front desk agent even threatened to involve the police. The situation made the atmosphere feel tense and, honestly, a bit low-class. On top of that, being charged $30 per night for parking felt excessive and disappointing. That added cost, along with the incident at checkout, definitely impacted the overall experience."

"Staff didnt speak english, the room was not like the pictures, they had stray cats/animals hanging around my motel room door, the location was so far from everything i had to uber/lyft everywhere i highly dont recommend "
