"There is a fridge and microwave, both very clean. The breakfast is a little slim for my diet, but there is plenty of fruit, cereal, and milk. I have had better, but I have also had much worse. There is snacks and booze and mixers at the counter, and high speed internet and cable TV in the rooms. The central fireplace is cute, and upscale for me; I live in a cabin in the woods. I liked the river view side, it would be nice in summer, but there are no screens on the door to the deck, so you would need bug spray on the porch/deck, which overlooks the river and Kiwanis Park. There are fish in the river! I had a nice quiet stay over the blizzard weekend with no complaints, and the shower is quite large with glass doors, ample room for more than 3? Good location on Erie & 14th, easy in and out. "

"The remodel is great. Maybe the breakfast could use a bit more fruit, just something better. Parking lot was not plowed after big storm."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and thorough. They handled everything extremely well. The room was clean, but didn't really stand out in any way. I guess that's a good thing overall. The room was tidied each day, which was nice considering how things have been lately. The breakfast was good but different as you have to put in your order for the next morning the night before. That's all well and good, but things happen sometimes and it makes for a less leisurely morning as you feel like you have to make your reservation time. I get why they do it so that things are more fresh and they don't have hot food sitting out under warmers. But, if they're going to do that, just take my order when I get there. The gym was very small. It had an elliptical machine, treadmill, and dumbbells with a bench. The gym even had its own bathroom with shower. However, it is very tight quarters, so I was glad no one else was using it whenever I went. Also, the gym was under construction so had quite a mess in it. And, on one day a random chair was in the room too when the room was small enough as it is. The place had a game room too, which was a nice touch even if it wasn't something I would use. All in all a nice place and convenient to the highway."

"Staff was great and we were super thankful for the room upgrade, but the pool room needs more ventilation. The chlorine smell was overwhelming and caused our eyes to burn and my kids to have coughing fits."
