「The property was way better than we expected. Lovely host that made us feel very welcome. It's in a beautiful location. Would definitely stay again.」

「We arrived very late and found the self check in kiosk didn't work. We eventually got through to an attendant who came and organised key cards for us. Luckily he hadn't left before we tried to access our rooms as these cards didn't work, he sorted this out but the whole check in process took around 45 minutes at 3am so it wasn't the best experience. The attendant was nice and helpful; the rooms were very basic but clean.」

「Séjour très décevant. Aucun accueil à l’arrivée : j’ai dû appeler le numéro affiché, et la personne jointe s’est montrée étonnée et peu professionnelle. La chambre était glaciale, le chauffage en panne, et ma demande d’aide a été accueillie avec agacement. La salle de bain était impossible à chauffer, la propreté du sol et des toilettes insuffisante. Expérience largement en dessous du minimum attendu. 」

「We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. We offered him our credit card but he asked for cash and it wasn’t till the next morning I discovered that we had indeed pre-paid. The...
