Our second stay & we enjoyed the large room, comfortable bed, & a swim in the indoor pool. The staff are very friendly, efficient & helpful. The check in time is 5pm.

Very good. Spacious room, tea and coffee. 3 arm chairs. Large bed. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Unusual location in a shopping centre. Chinese buffet next door. Swimming pool out of action, but sauna and jacuzzi available.

A great overnight stay.

Very welcoming & efficient staff. A good sized room & shower room. A large comfortable bed. The swimming pool & sauna area is very nice. There’s a nice restaurant at the hotel & a Chinese restaurant next door.

Unusual Location

It’s different, not what you expect from the outside. Staff were friendly, it was clean. Just an unusual location in between shopping outlet, but pleasantly surprised

Very off after hours check in process. The place was really dark and locked up. Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting after hours.

Odeur d'égout permanent dans la chambre ! Hôtel a l'abandon ! Choix de l'hôtel par rapport à l'accès au Spa: Piscine hs + sauna hs + 1 seule jacuzzi 4 places pour toute les personnes qui séjourné dans l'hôtel + un hammam qui fonctionne mal. Conclusion : établissement a fuir! Je me permet de vous demander un geste commercial. Cordialement

Le personnel est adorable. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour grâce à eux. Le jacuzzi est top. À noter que la piscine est en maintenance ainsi que le second jacuzzi (malheureusement depuis mon dernier séjour, le troisième a été condamné) En revanche, cela ne m'a pas empêché de profiter de l'espace zen 😊 Je recommande !!!

Receptionen vägde upp lite av den trista frukosten

Vänligt bemötande vid incheckningen men tyvärr var poolen stängd (spahotell!). Frukosten var en etta; äggkokare men inga ägg (på förfrågan upptäckte servitrisen att det fanns några i köket), brödrost men inga rostebröd, ingen yoghurt, bara mjölk till alla söta flingor… Bestick saknades till ost och skinka, inga grönsaker. Dessutom ointresserade flickor vid disken. Dålig kontroll i rummet - några glödlampor borde ha bytts ut.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double màis aucune n'était prête on a dû attendre assez longtemps qu'il la préparent La chambre attribuée était en face du local électrique d'où émanait un bruit infernal toute la nuit Le petit déjeuner sympa La piscine intérieure le sauna et le jacuzzi un vrai plus

Sale, malhonnêteté sur les services et prix

Arrivé à 16h30 chambre toujours pas prête Une fois dans la chambre elle était très sale (alors que venait d’être nettoyé) calcaire partout dans la salle de bain, abattant des toilettes cassées, etc… Concernant le spa, photo de 3 jacuzzi mais finalement que 2 réellement qui en plus ne fonctionne pas, la hammam est en « maintenance » le sauna ne chauffe pas… Finalement de « spa » il ne reste qu’une piscine qui n’est même pas chauffée 1 paire de serviette par personne, nous avons donc demandé une serviette supplémentaire à la réception qui nous a dit qu’elle nous l apportait tout de suite à la piscine… nous avons attendu 1h pour ne toujours pas avoir de serviette Nous avons pris une réservation à 80€ en paiement sur place, la reception nous demande de payer 99€, après l’avoir repris elle nous dis non 90€ vous avez raison… toujours pas… Le restaurant ne prends plus de commande après 20h30, le bar est fermé à 22h… Bref nous devions passé un moment détente, nous avons plus cherché à fuir l’hôtel en allant faire les magasins alentours
