Stopover

Only stayed for 1 night travelling from east Belgium to Calais, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of parking. The rooms had showers with plenty of hot water, tv and a kettle with coffee and tea available, after a long days ride It was perfect for our requirements.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom lovely, but generally, the hotel is tired looking. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and the restaurant food was quite nice too. Just a shame that the exterior is very tired looking and dated. However, for the money, you really can't complain.

It was further away from the centre than we thought, our mistake. Imagine a rather rundown motel room desperately in need of an upgrade! It was very bijou but had everything we needed for a short stay: comfortable bed, a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, a clean bathroom. We were only staying to do a quick sightseeing of the area before moving on, so we didn't need much!

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet établissement un peu vieillot. J’ai malheureusement eu froid. L’accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel s’est montré à la fois serviable et courtois, ce qui a contribué à la qualité du séjour. La chambre était confortable et bien agencée, idéale pour se reposer après une longue journée. Le restaurant propose un menu, qui n’est pas au plus haut niveau Le personnel est agréable et le cadre est calme Un établissement sans ambition, pour un passage.

Pas de papier toilette en arrivant, une ampoule grillée, radiateur porte-serviette ne fonctionne pas. En partant on m'a donné une facture au nom d'Expedia en me disant "on ne peut pas faire autrement, il faut envoyer un mail à Expedia !!! Je fais comment pour ma note de frais ?

L'accueil est parfait ainsi que la restauration par contre au niveau du confort dans la chambre, il faudrait revoir l'isolation des fenêtres ce qui engendre une perdition de chauffage ce qui n'est pas du tout agréable. J'ai demandé à la standardiste un chauffage d'appoint et elle m'a dit de fermer la porte de la salle de bain et ça ira mieux ce qui n'était pas du tout vrai. Le ponpon même le sèche serviette dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
