「I arrived quite early on the day. The reception lady stored my bags and allowed me to early check-in. Although i'm in no need rush. I want to visit the city first. Warm welcome. It can become quite busy late in the afternoon. The restaurants reservations is full until 2030 ( i approach them at 1830) Close to train station. Good breakfast but not costly 」

「Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. 「The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. 」
