"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."

"Stayed in a studio apartment. This property is unbelievably well located for central Newcastle - five minutes to Bigg Market and ten to St James Park. Two very large 24 hour car parks are five minutes walk away. All communication was great, check in was super easy and the apartment was exactly as expected. "The stay was very good. On arrival check in and parking was great. We were staying for our 10year wedding anniversary after getting married at the Vermont hotel. Once checked in we went to the room to be welcomed by a happy anniversary message and some cake which was lovely touch. The room was really clean and tidy, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was great, plenty of options to choose from and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay "
