「Overall, disappointed with our stay. Definitely not worth what we paid for. There is not a front desk person so its hard to ask any questions or get any issues resolved unless the restaurant is open (we called the manager phone number that we found in the community room and they didn't answer). Also, the email listed on their website does not work. We were not provided any information about Wi Fi access or check out times when we checked in and that information was no where in our room. 「Very helpful communication with Natasha regarding our arrival time and progress during our road trip, and very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of driving. Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!」

The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」

「The staff was very nice, loved the free breakfast provided. The room itself was very clean, air conditioning was nice. I think the renovations could have been a bit better. For example, the tubs obviously weren't replaced but reglazed and they are chipping badly, stains on them. The sink you could see the glue, just small things like that add up to poor execution to what would be an otherwise adorable place to stay.」
