「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

Reconciling the cost of taxes on the Expedia application and the hotel/apartments would make BLR Villas Dover Beach a 10--location, cleanliness, and price. 「The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. Our room was cleaned each day, with a nightly turndown service, which was a nice touch. We loved that it is a small property - ran into many of the same couples during our stay, but also felt like we had privacy and down time. Would go back and highly recommend it for other looking for a quiet get away.」

「The room was spotless, and watching the sunset from our 3rd floor deck was amazing. The pool was a bonus in case the ocean is too rough to swim. One negative was the bars across the street were a little loud, but if you keep the bathroom door shut, it helps a lot. The sound comes in through the venting the bathroom.」
