「Room was so hot. 75 degrees, we contacted the front desk and they told my husband to take it apart and try to fix it which made no sense.. like we're the guests!! Send maintenance to come and fix it! They told us there was nothing else they could do since what my husband did didn't work. 」

「This was a great place. I work in customer service so I am not easily impressed. The staff of thus hotel went out of their way to make the experience as fun and easy to manage as possible. 」

「The good, comfy bed, good water temp and pressure. Staff is unhelpful and unable to help provide a towel or any basic services. The rooms show older age than the building. There is a smart tv but without sufficient internet to connect (think early 2000’s speed) breakfast is not worth attending. Best regards」

「Staff was not helpful at all, rooms are not restocked with towels daily. Asked for towels from room service and she said she couldn’t give me any even though she had a cart full of them. Front desk was not helpful either! Pretty basic hospitality request. 」

「This was the first time at this Hotel and the last time, they don't supply anything, evreting need to be requested, no shampoo, empty cabinet, broken window glass, no clening room, I need to take out the garbage Breakfast was only coffee, nutri grain bar, and oats, we take the hotel for emergency Because we have broken water pipe at home and was very close to our house, we have hotel for many years with Expedia and this was the worst in my life. 😫😪😪」
