The nastiest room conditions I’ve had. Lock was broken off of the door, the walls were smeared and scuffed. Tiles were missing in the bathroom and multiple exposed wires from the walls. Also the lamps were busted and dirty. While the staff was courteous, it was the longest check-in process ever. They must be utilizing some archaic system because I had to fill in several forms worth of information (though I booked ahead online). Had to wait 10 minutes for my turn, and then my turn itself took another 10 minutes.

Exposed cable wires that weren’t even plugged into anything.

I booked the hotel because of the outside pool. When I got there I was told the pool was closed for maintenance. However it seemed like it wasn't used for a long time....In addition, the door lock kept breaking. I had issues opening the door all 3 days. Had to keep going up and down the elevator to talk to the staff. I also needed towels refreshed. I asked the cleaning lady and the front desk, but didn't get them. Had to ask a 3rd time in order to get them. Fitness equipment was broken and looked like the room was still in state of not completed renovation.

The staff was extremely rude. I tried the ice machine on floor 3, it didn't work the lady at the front desk told me to try the 6th floor ice machine but she didn't know if it worked. My first room smelled like cigarette smoke. Awful hotel! Unprofessional and unfriendly staff both in the morning and night.

Key cards had to be reset 3 different times. Front desk attendants gave us attitude every time we asked to fix our key cards to get back into our room. Back door to the parking lot wasn’t working. Pool was shut down. Refrigerator was dirty. It looked like a previous guest spilt red wine in it and no one cleaned it up. Probably why I got an extra charge on my card. No dressers for clothes. No desk in the room yet there was a desk chair. Nothing great about this place. Will not return

The only saving grace for this place is that the staff was extremely nice and did their best to help. But as soon as we got to our room, we saw one bath towel and one hand towel. The body wash and conditioner dispensers were empty. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the pool, which had a bright orange sticker on the gates stating it was closed because their license to operate was suspended. Several times during our stay, our access cards stopped working, so we ended up having to go to the front desk multiple times. The staff, as nice as they were, seemed to be largely clueless when checking in visitors. Either that, or their computers systems were from 1992. Checking in was a long wait and a drawn out process. Also, the steam from the shower in my daughter’s room set off the alarm. When she went to call the front desk, the phone was not even connected and had wires showing. This was just one mishap after another. Needless to say, we will not be coming back.

Not clean, messy room , stains in carpet, poor was closed when advertised open and by staff before arrival. Bed board marker drawings, hair from previous guest on handle, phone was unplugged and intermittent working, beds sheets were not changed and wrinkles.. place outside room mold on ceiling.. list goes on .. Plumbing in my room for toilet kept backing up when only flushing toilet paper.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s definitely gone downhill. Room was dirty and the carpets were disgusting. I stuck to the floor. Mirror had something all over it. They de need to renovate this place.

When I checked into the hotel room at 3:30ish for check in time, once I got the room key, I went up to my room and they did not clean the room at all bed sheets everywhere towels everywhere, when I spoke with them they offered to clean it, and then later about 2 hours later I called for a status on the room to see if I can go into it yet or not. They said they will find out and then hung up right away on me, Then when I finally got into the room, the jets on the jacuzzi wasn't working did not work entire time, one of the lights would flicker on it, the bathroom light over the toliet and shower did not light up it turned on then over the course of an hour it burnt out and wouldn't work anymore after that. The elevators were shut down when I got back there later that evening and no signage or anything, I have a bad knee and it is harder to walk up stairs, so I had to walk up the stairs since the elevators were not functioning. I stayed there because it looked like a decent place to stay, but I would not want to stay there again. I was wanting to cancel and refund the room the minute I got up there and it was chaotic and destroyed. It looked like someone was still checked in the room by how it looked. Also forgot to add when they cleaned my room eventually, I never got the key back so luckily I kept one for me to use, so I had to go back downstairs to get the wifi password because they had the card with the code, and when I used the landline to call it was busy tone. 0/10

worst experience here ended up needing to get a refund and couldn’t get that and it was a whole fuss over the rooms and very dirty. Took me 4 plus hours to find a place to stay since all of the hotels were booked, and all i asked for was for maintenance to come and look at the room and for them to clean the room properly without seeing the previous persons belongings. Won’t be here again.

Trash everywhere in hallways, no desk, no credenza, no table, extension cords everywhere, no place to charge cell phones, only one facecloth, shower gel was empty, card access to back door to hotel not working, ice machines leaking and did not dispense ice and wet towels on floors for 3 days on floors 6, 5 and 3. Broken ceiling tiles in back entry hall to hotel. Only one of 2 elevators were working. Would not recommend this place.

Motel 6 would have been a step up from this place!!! This place was filthy Friends n family members in the whole lobby. Outside in the carport the same cars sat there n never moved People arguing and swearing I will never come back to this location again All the hallways were filthy Some of the locations where ice machines were had huge puddles of water This place was a disgrace to your company The lady upon check in was rude and disrespectful I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! You should have paid me to stay there I tried to add pictures but they wouldn't load
