I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; excellent cleanness throughout the facility, pool was too cold for me and my family, and great breakfast. The only thing that bothered me was other family kids(children) were running down the hallways.

Very clean, well maintained and accommodating staff. Liz at the front desk was wonderful. Very close to restaurants at property location (Downstairs plaza has: Egg Harbor, Starbucks, BIBIBOP and more. Five minute drive to the Woodfield Mall. Had a great Stay-Will definitely visit again!

This hotel is amazing! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean, the room had all the amenities someone would need for staying more than one night, such as a full fridge and freezer, dishwasher, plates, cups, etc. Even the product line they had for hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner smelled great and was skin friendly! They have a workout room, indoor pool, breakfast, and quarter machine laundry machines on site. It is also located right next to Egg Harbor- a breakfast place, near multiple other restaurants, and across from Woodfield Mall. It is also not far from I-90 and 53. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip!

Nice big, clean room. Property is up to date and pool was nice. The wall where the employees sit must be too big, they never notice when someone was there. One elevator did not seem to work every morning during breakfast hours so going up and down was a nightmare which took forever! We carried our luggage down at checkout because we couldn’t get room with a cart. The staircase goes outside with no key reader so you can’t even go up the stairs on that side of the hotel!
