"The property is older, which shows in the peeling paint here and there, dated windows, and worn furniture, but everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff members we interacted with were polite and helpful. The 2‑bedroom suite was a great fit for our group, and the large, updated bathrooms in each bedroom were a pleasant surprise. As a bonus, each room in the suite had its own temperature control. Unfortunately, we had no hot water in our room throughout our stay. The showers remained cold despite running the water for a long time, and by the third morning the "hot" water felt icy. At that point we reported the issue to the front desk, and they did take action, but the problem wasn’t resolved before we checked out. Location is 22 min from O'Hare, Uber estimate was $50 early morning. "
