「The hotel room was comfortable for a single traveller, the security was good as each corridor required a key card to access. I made a few requests with concierge and had a malfunction with the lights in my room, all of which was dealt with quickly. Having kitchenette was great, mainly for filling up drinking water. Location is fantastic. 」

「優點︰前台服務非常好，房間比想像中大，整體舒適，房間有瓶裝水，樓下也有飲水機很方便。地點是3個地鐵站附近，非常方便，樓下有酒吧街，有甜品店。 缺點︰有一晚不小心弄污床單，但第二天發現污跡仍在，才發現床單沒有更換，明白環保原因未必每天更換床單，但有明顯污跡就應該更換。另外洗澡去水很慢，容易溢出。熱水爐是儲水式，要預先開啟，而且熱水很快用完，要注意。很多人也提及隔音問題，是會有外面車的聲音，但我認為可接受。」

「The hotel is excellent. It is walking distance to the Sentosa Express station. The staff is very friendly. My rooms got combined and upgraded to suite. It is an excellent experience for me. The room is able to see the firework in USS. It also comes with compliment drinks. All are good to me」

「Me encantó el hotel es un hotel que está impecable en muchos sentidos en el servicio del personal y las instalaciones , solo que no te convienen contratarlo por expedía, y yo contrato todo por expedía, eso si fue mala experiencia para mi, por ejemplo en todos los raffles que me quedo los contrato por expedía. En este hotel de raffles Sentosa hay muchas cosas que por ser de expedía no te dan como el servicio del mini bar las aguas y refrescos son gratis a diario en esta cadena de hoteles y en...
