「Great location opposite a huge mall that has lots of options for shopping and dining. The hotel does not have parking onsite. There is a place for you to park for maximum of 10 minutes before you get fined. The actual parking is just behind, a multi-storey car park that is part of the mall. It has lift access for you to roll your bags and takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff!」

「Poor facility, dirty and stink property, mo toilet roll or neither handwash, the towels they gave me was used towel, the state of the fridge and freezer including microwave was terrible. The Entire house needs refurbishment 」

「On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom. The tiny light on wall had no bulb in and was rusty and dirty. Room was dirty no wonder it was £30 for a night」

「The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.」

「Staying at this property is like a scam. I would have preferred to stay and sleep in my seaters car. These property adverts Fridge and private bathroom in the room, i only stayed a night but hoping to have breakfast with my Son in the morning before going to an event, so i had bought cereals and milk to keep in my private fridge as adverts in the room. Unfortunately, no fridge in this room but one in the house general kitchen which is probably use by multiple persons. While I was looking for the...
