"Very nice, clean place but no restaurant or continental breakfast offered. Very convenient to cruise port and very organized in getting people shuttled to the port. Would definitely stay again."

"Friendly staff, clean room good location to neighborhood restaurants , cruise and ferry terminals. A few unhoused people across the street but the hotel has night security guard."

"Staff was great to work with, breakfast was a bit speedy but well worth it! Our room didn't have any overhead light, just lamps, so it was pretty dark in the room in the evening. Some things were poorly maintained, like the toilet paper holder and shower head were loose in the wall. Overall we had fun!"

"Historic property convenient to ferries and Pioneer Square. Sad to see so many homeless. Staff was excellent the breakfast was good the building needs a little refresh especially the front stairs"
