"Clean room…great staff"

"I can not more highly recommend Shirouma So! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly situated near the bus terminal, Happo One, and restaurants. The onsen was the perfect way to finish a day on the slopes. The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - while breakfast is set, it is different every day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel completely at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, it had all the essentials and more. "Great place to stay"

"Villa was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Well equipped with adequate amenities. Checkin process was easy. Washer and dryer worked really well!"

"I wish that host can provide clear instructions on how to check process. Not knowing how to get in touch with a host was big troublesome."
