「This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.」

「房間出乎意料的大，旁邊還有一張二人沙發，很難得，而且裝修新簇，有一面大窗向街外，打開窗簾，陽光燦爛，街景也不錯，讚。浴室可放正常大小的廁具浴缸，不像日本常見那種迷你型，很好。 此外床鋪清潔，陳設頗新，住進去很舒適。」
