"Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days. "
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service at the front desk—especially Isabella. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even anticipating needs before I had to ask.
Whether it was handling requests efficiently, offering helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable, Isabella made a lasting impression. Her attitude and dedication reflect incredibly well on the hotel, and she turned what could have been a standard stay into a memorable one.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but it was the human touch—especially Isabella’s—that really elevated the experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly commend the management for having such a standout team member at the front desk."
"Absolutely a beautiful place and an amazing stay! I traveled alone from USA, couldn’t ask for more! Directly across from West Lake! Amazing staff, food, hospitality and room! "
"Excellent reception service. Needed to stay an extra night and staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with and really desires feedback which not a lot of hotels ask for.
Modern sleekly design rooms that are nice and clean and supplied with complimentary snacks and beverages beyond your normal water, coffee, and teas. Work desks can control height of table for standing and sitting when working on laptop.
Very quiet neighborhood even with the vendors right across the street. Al lot of malls and food stalls right down the main street. This hotel can be missed since it is tucked in street with other large buildings but would highly recommend a booking."
"I booked a king size bed and a double bed in the room, but there was only a king size bed and a sofa bed. I complained but they wouldn't change my room and wouldn't refund me so forced to stay a night there. The hotel is dated and cleanliness is average at best. Location is decent though."
