「We didn’t use the room because there were cockroaches - as soon as we entered the room, there was a big cockroach. So, we killed it and then decided to sleep in my parents-in-law room. They don’t have a 24 hour front desk, so you are by your own at night, and if something happens like this, there is nobody to assist you. We also found worms between the mattress and the headboard. 「Sliding glass door would not lock, so not secure. Reported and did fix. AC did not cool in front of villa. Humidifier in use. Strong old, musty smell. AC in bedroom did cool. Down blanket too warm for September and no other blanket available. Kitchen with one spoon and one table knife. Pots pans limited and some in poor condition. Would not recommend!」

「A sweet surprise, just perfect for a family weekend.」

「Theophilus was great at check in. Amazing customer service, quick check-in. The place was clean, the rooms were very clean. The overall atmosphere was great. I will definitely stay here again.」
