They allowed early check-in and late check-out to accommodate for our awkward flight time…it was much appreciated! Would absolutely stay here again when flying out of London!"

"The bar was closed for refurbishment and we only found out a couple of days before the trip. They allowed us to use the member area but it did mean drinks etc were limited to what was bottled. It was also very small so very loud when it started to fill up. The room we were in was in another building which we got lost trying to find, a map would have been helpful. The room was small but clean. The floor did creak loudly no matter where you stood which was annoying for us but imagine worse for the people below. We booked a standard room and won’t do that again. Will only go back when the refurb is complete "
