「1st story room was noisy from the traffic near by」

「We have stayed here several times now, and keep coming back because of the staff, service, cleanliness, comfort, location, and value for price! This stay was no different. We want to note that on our arrival, we met Kimberly and Hillary (who is in training); they were, as everyone always is, smiling, friendly, and gracious. 「Clean hotel, clean room, good breakfast.」

「First thing noticed upon entering the room was the bathroom toilet. It was obvious that the "moving" ... loose stool had been stabilized ... attempted to ... by use of chalking. CAN NOT BE DONE. The stool not only moved up and down left to right, it also had noticeable movement front to back. I let the front desk know upon receiving a text from the hotel as to my "satisfaction" which I replied to on Saturday. I also stated the hours I would be out celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary thus...

「This hotel is a good value for the price and style but could use some updates. The lobby and common areas seemed well-maintained, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! The cookies and bottled water were a nice touch at check-in, and it was nice to have hot coffee available at all times. Breakfast was decent but I did notice the pool was closed. The room had a nice new mattress/linens and was cleaned, but unfortunately it just seemed kind of dingy due to its age and maintenance level. ...

「The place is well-decorated, quaint, clean, and quiet. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very nice and relaxing. The spot is also very convenient, being near to downtown where all the shops are, being next to a small park you can jog at, but still being far away enough from establishments so you have a nice, quiet evening. It was great, I would come back again.」
