"The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved."

"Air conditioning was broken and they said they fixed and it wasn’t. Thankfully the second night was cooler outside. The hot tub was out of service and really cloudy water. Our room was clean but the bed was supposed to be a king size but it definitely did not look or feel like it. We stayed there ..."
