「Great rooms,staff are very polite and friendly. Dislike, the breakfast could have been hotter but I've been assured that new warming plates are being ordered. Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am. No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional.」

「All of the staff were friendly from the moment we checked in until we left which given that it was at 3.30 am they were still smiling (Michael) The room was clean and every day it was the same high standard, breakfast was very good, again the staff were outstanding in their service, nothing was too much trouble.
