A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU
This hotel was a lovely respite from busy Tokyo. Serene and stunning views! The Onsen was spectacular! The buffet dinner and breakfast was very good. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The beds were heavenly, they felt like being in a nest! I would rate the Ten-Yu a 9.8.
