很棒的旅館
因為行程關係所以沒有預約接駁車，手機也沒辦法撥號，所以是從巴士站走到旅館，大概20~30分鐘的距離。 櫃檯服務員有說，如果沒辦法用手機打電話，可以跟巴士站附近的旅館借電話預約接駁車，建議還是要用接駁車比較好。 有會說中文很可愛的服務員，對附近一些交通或是景點有些問題都有幫忙解答，也有建議行程怎麼走會比較順，例如像是遇到下雨可以改走哪些行程，可以在哪裡轉搭交通工具等等。 設施/客房環境整體來說是很乾淨的，早/晚餐的食物和服務也很好，沒有問題。 旅館周圍是比較安靜，如果想要享受安靜的住宿環境推薦這間旅館。

房間很大很舒適，和室房尤其適合小孩，室內泡湯池和室外泡湯池乾淨且方便景觀也不錯，公共浴池有準便備齊全的沐浴用品，很棒！飯店接送很方便！但附近走路無可到達的景點，須轉乘公車。

環境舒適安靜，泡湯非常的棒，房間寬敞，窗外景色優美，是放鬆渡假的好地方，比較偏遠沒有地方可逛，是唯一可惜的地方。

The onsen experience was fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff services. We like everything about the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk uphill from the bus stop to the hotel. While the hotel offered shuttle pick up from the bus stop, this information was not made known to us. We wish we knew to call the hotel to pick us up. Dragging our large luggages up the hill for 30 minutes was quite a challenge.

If you want Peace and quiet,
It’s old and dated but you can find some comfortness in the hotel and hot spring. Golf is nice and nearby sightseeing is fun, although it’s not easy to get around on public transportation. Room was big with separate living space and food was ok., not excellent.

ロケーション最高❣️
隣接のゴルフ場が利用出来るようになり、楽しみにいきました。梅雨時の為、若干の天候のくずれは仕方なかったが、雨も気持ちよく感じられました。楽しみな白濁の露店風呂でゆっくりして、庭を散策、また池と滝のある庭園を見ながらの食事も美味しくいただきました。ゴルフ場という大きなグリーンビューでしっとり寛いだ1日となりました。

落ち着いた雰囲気と露天風呂
梅雨入り後であいにくの天気でしたが、フロントの方に気持ちよく迎えていただきました。ゴルフ場が隣接していてホテルエントランスが目立たなかったため、最初ゴルフ場のクラブハウスへ行ってしまいました。 建物は古いですが、廊下などガラス張りで外部と一体感が感じられ良かったです。 お部屋はツイン予約でベッドのつもりでしたが、和室だったので、その点は多少がっかり。二人では広すぎるくらいの部屋でした。 夕食は懐石料理でまずまず。ドリンクはホテル価格で高め。従業員は日本語の上手な中国の方でした。 お風呂は露天風呂が白濁で適温だったので最高でした。 朝食はいたってオーソドックス。お吸い物が出てくるのが最後の方でそれは残念。 機会があったら他のプリンス系も利用したいと思います。

ラウンジに置いてあるものが非常に気が利いている。ホテル内はスリッパで歩ける。気が変わって外に出たい人のために玄関に綺麗な下駄が備えられていた。温泉もよい。翌日ゴルフのため食後すぐに出発予定だった。すぐチェックアウト出来るよう伝票が回っていた。かなり細かいところまで行き届いているのが嬉しいですね。

Prachtige accommodatie in de heuvels van Hakone. Kijkt uit over de golfbaan. Onze kamer had mooi vrij uitzicht en het vele glas in het hotel geven echt een idee dat je 1 bent met de prachtige Japanse natuur. De kamer was mooi en groot. Echt Japanse stijl dus schoenen uit bij de kamerdeur! Gelukkig krijg je een mooie kamer outfit en slippers die je in het hele hotel kan gebruiken. Je slaapt ook op een Japans bed. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid alleen wel Japanse stijl. Ik weet niet of ze Europees ontbijt doen. Dus iets om rekening mee te houden. Tip van mijn kant: Het hotel ligt 1.6 km van de bushalte bovenop een berg. Echter hangt er een flyer in het bushokje met het nummer van het hotel. Als je deze belt en zegt dat je bij de bushalte staat komen ze je oppikken vanaf daar met een busje. Ze hebben ook een shuttleservice van en naar het treinstation en meer om vaste tijden. Het kleine busje kan je vaker op verzoek laten rijden naar de bushalte. Wij vonden het een geweldig hotel. Je komt er helemaal tot rust.

Un super hôtel dans un bel endroit !
Arrivés de nuit en bus et sous la pluie/neige nous étions un peu désemparés.... Heureusement un accueil tres sympathique et une jolie chambre traditionnelle japonaise nous ont rapidement réconforté ! Il nous a été possible d’avoir un petit déjeuner continental (ce qui normalement n’était pas prévu). Nous avons également expérimenté un repas traditionnel vraiment excellent le soir et nous étions ravis ! La navette de l’hôtel compense le fait d’être un peu éloigné de l’arrêt de bus (il suffit de les appeler) l’endroit est superbe, très soigné et calme. Notre séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel a été en tous points réussi et nous ne pouvons que le recommander !

箱根の中でも高地に位置しているようで、泉質がすごく良い音泉で何回も浸かってしまいました。 建物は全体的に綺麗ですし、フロントの対応もしっかりしていました。 食事処のスタッフが外国人でたどたどしくはありましたが、しっかりやろうという雰囲気は感じられて、そこまで気になりませんでした。 イマイチだった点は築年数が経っていることもあり、建物の設備や水廻り、食事処の雰囲気などが古びてきているところでしょうか。 逆にノスタルジーは感じられるかもしれませんが。

とても快適な時間を送ることができました。部屋も広くくつろげます。しいて難点を挙げるなら、当日は雨が降っていて、露天風呂に屋根がなく、あまり楽しむことができなかった点です。屋根が風呂を覆うようについたらいいな、とは思いました。 お食事はとても美味しかったですし、スタッフの方の対応もとても親切でした。

The hotel was nice and clean, and the room large. We had a Japanese style room with western beds. There are no rooms with double or queen size beds so no choice other than twin beds. The property description says that there is a restaurant but there is not. We arrived around 9 pm with no dinner and the only option were packages of dried ramen noodles sold from the front desk. They will prepare a set Japanese dinner if you provide advance notice. Same for breakfast. Otherwise, no food or bar in the hotel. This hotel is far from town, half way up the mountain in a remote area. On the map, it appears to be nearer town and I wish we had researched this more carefully before staying there. If you do not have a car, then the best transportation option is the local bus. The hotel will take you to the bus stop and pick you up. The owner/manager and all of the staff are very helpful.
