「The hotel is very pleasant we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a cute little bar/bistro right in the front lobby that closes at 10pm. Multiple Lobby areas offered plentiful seating. Only complaints are the parking lot which is odd/crammed, and while the hot breakfast had variety and looked aesthetically pleasing it was not tasty in the slightest. The best option was the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt with topping options....

「hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. 」

The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Booked the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool for my children. When I arrived to the pool had been closed the night before. I asked to cancel the room and they agreed that I should be refunded. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. They told me to reach out to Expedia and they should be able to take care of it.
