「Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.」

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「The rooms are very comfortable to stay in with plenty of space to unpack and get comfortable. The bathrooms are awesome with the heated floors and rain showers. The check in process was easy with a Turkish touch. The staff were friendly (and easy to talk to with my non existent Turkish and their very practiced English) and very helpful at setting up any touristy things we wanted to do. Shopping and restaurants were all within easy washing distance. The breakfast has something for everyone,...
