Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「The boat and rooms and staff were awesome. But the itinerary was lackluster. We did one kayaking stop-off and then they let us jump off the back of the boat and tread water for a bit. My previous cruise we stopped at actual locations and had guided tours.」
