Refined Saigon - Rivergate Apartment
Difficult to get in the hotel late at night waited forever, to use the pool you need to again message the owner to meet you at the pool. The rooms were awesome and spacious put your card in the slot to get the AC to work swipe card in elevator to use it. Your welcome other than that great place.
