「This property was stunning with highrise views of the bay. Shopping, groceries, dining options all available on premises. Easy to get a cab. The communication with the property to check in from visiting in a foreign country was excellent. Verh responsive and quick to answer questions. Check in was a breeze and thw property was perfecr for my family. We would highly recommend the stay. 」

「What a lovely space! Our little apartment was great, spacious and clean. The garden area was also lovely and it was in a quiet location but still close to everything we needed. All the ladies there were so friendly and helpful. They booked our boat tour and transport for us. I also really enjoyed doing the pottery class- it was one of the highlights of my trip so far! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Ha Long Bay!」

「The hotel manager was super helpful. I recommend talking to the front desk about limo and private car services to and from nearby services. Also, I recommended checking with them for the boat tours and asking about more affordable options if you are not interested in the more expensive packages.」
