「The staff were welcoming and lovely. The room could have done with being a little bit cleaner. Minor stains on the bathroom towels provided and the door to the bathroom was a bit stiff to open and close. Overall 7-8/10. Good hotel, I stayed for two nights and was able to check out later for a fee (due to my later flight). I was given a birthday treat on the morning of my birthday which was very well appreciated. Thank you!」
