「Expedia was fine. But this property was very fair. It was managed by Capital Hotel. A VRBO. I tried to call Capital Hotel before check in .. no call back. I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted. The check in directions required that we read them 4-5 times to put all the pieces together. Also the place was advertised as a 2BR. When the check in info came in, it was noted as a one bedroom. 「I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. 」

「The hot water takes 15 minutes to get warm. The heating system didn’t work and I didn’t find out until later during the night that none of the plugs in the room work except in the bathroom, the TV the mini fridge the lamps none of it worked I was given a space heater that I plugged in while I took a shower, but later when I tried to plug the space heater in in the bedroom area, it would not work. 「This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....
