The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay pleasant and hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, including Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, and being connected to Mall of Avadh provides great shopping, dining, and entertainment options for families. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was calm and welcoming.」

「Very small Rooms, not fully facilitated bathroom or rooms, had to keep asking for them to turn the hot water on! Beds are comfortable no doubt. But since there is no actual window for fresh air it is quite suffocating. 」
